Rick Hood is a long-time MyTopo Software expert who has extensive practical knowledge of wilderness navigation and emergency response. He teaches programs for NASAR, ERI-International, and Rescue Response/Outdoor Education. Rick writes regularly for Advanced Rescue Technology and The Seattle Times. He is also the operator of Navigation Northwest and Hood Consulting and Services.
